 The next
morning we saw the sunrise over the Himalayan mountains. Donna
awoke with a bad back pain and could not get out of bed. Our
departure from Haridwar was delayed. Eventually, a car and
driver were rented to take her back to Delhi accompanied by
her devoted sister. We had to
leave earlier because the dangerous roads made it necessary for
the bus to arrive back in Delhi by sundown. Along the way we saw
laundry time on the Ganges River. We stopped for lunch at the same
place we ate on the way to Haridwar. Three hours after lunch, Suzy was
the first one to come down with travelers stomach. Lucky for her,
she was better by morning. After a long
day, we finally arrived back to our very nice, original hotel in Delhi.

 The
city of Agra, the home of the Taj Mahal, is our next destination. This bus ride will not take as
long as the last one because we are going on a "super
highway", that's two lanes each way. Nam-astay, that means
"Good Morning" in Hindi. We left after breakfast
and along the way we encountered a snake charmer.

 He
played his flute and the snakes uncurled themselves and rose out of their
baskets.

 Alex
and David were holding the cobra.
